What You Can Do in Profile Settings

Profile Settings is your control center for your personal details, booking defaults, availability, and calendar behavior.

The Profile Settings page lets you control how you appear to others and how booking works by default across your account.

Profile Information

  • Profile Picture
    Upload or change your avatar so clients and teammates can recognise you.
  • First Name / Last Name
    Sets your display name across booking pages and internal views.
  • Email
    Shows your account email address.
  • Job Title
    Shows your role/title on profile and booking-related views.
  • Profile Handle
    Sets your public URL path (for example firm.calendr.so/your-handle) so people can book from your public page.
  • Default Meeting Location
    Sets the default location type used when creating new event types (In Person, Phone, Google Meet, Teams).
    • Google Meet requires a connected Google calendar.
    • Teams requires a connected Microsoft 365 calendar.
  • Role (admin users only)
    Admins can set user role from this screen.

Time Zone

  • Time Zone Selector
    Controls how times are shown and scheduled for your account.

Booking Preferences

  • Default Booking Increment
    Sets default slot spacing (for example 15 or 30 minutes).
    Event types can override this.

Weekly Availability

  • Availability Grid (days/hours)
    Defines your default weekly working hours for booking.
  • Quick Actions
    Use shortcuts like Select All, Clear All, and Work Hours to edit faster.

Calendar Connections

  • Connected Calendars Overview
    Shows whether you have calendars linked.
  • Default Calendar Forwarding Selection
    Choose which connected calendars should receive new bookings by default.
  • Manage Calendar Connections
    Open the calendar connections area to connect/disconnect and manage Google/Microsoft calendar accounts.
