1. Service Description

Calendr is a scheduling platform designed for accountants, consultants, and professional service firms. It allows users to create booking pages, manage team scheduling, integrate with calendars, and collect relevant information through custom forms. The Service is offered on a subscription basis.

2. Account Terms

2.1 Registration

Users must register with a valid email address and authenticate via password or third-party services (Google, Microsoft). By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and up to date.

2.2 Firm-Based Access

Users are grouped by firms or organizations, each with its own subdomain and admin controls. Users may be assigned roles: Admin, Standard, or Restricted, each with different access permissions.

2.3 Team Management

Admins can invite, archive, or restore users within the organization. Responsibility for managing user access lies with the firm’s admin.

3. Use of the Service

3.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use Calendr in a professional manner. You must not:

• Upload or distribute malicious code
• Use the Service for unsolicited communications
• Infringe on the rights of others

3.2 Calendar and Virtual Meeting Integrations

You are responsible for granting appropriate permissions for calendar integrations (Google/Microsoft) and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Google Meet). We are not liable for synchronization issues or changes in third-party services.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Terms

Calendr operates on monthly and annual subscription models, with per-user pricing in some plans. Payments are processed via Stripe.

4.2 Billing

Subscription fees are due in advance. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method via Stripe. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

4.3 Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel at any time through the admin dashboard. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

5. Data and Privacy

5.1 Data Collection

We collect personal and professional information, including:

• Name, email, and phone number
• Firm name, job title
• Calendar availability and meeting history
• Custom form responses

5.2 Data Storage

Data is stored in UK, EU, or US AWS regions based on the user’s firm location. Files are stored in encrypted AWS S3 buckets.

5.3 Data Retention

User and booking data are retained for the duration of your subscription plus any legal or regulatory holding period.

6. Communications

We use Amazon SES to deliver system notifications including confirmations, reminders, and cancellations. You may receive emails from us as part of using the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

Calendr and all associated materials are owned by Armoury6 Limited. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion without express written permission.

8. Third-party Services

We integrate with third-party services including Google, Microsoft, Stripe, and AWS. We are not responsible for their service quality, availability, or terms.

9. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or in cases of system abuse or legal requirements.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your data will be deleted or anonymized after a retention period.

11. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Missed meetings or scheduling conflicts
• Data loss beyond our control
• Service interruptions from third-party providers

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you to use the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.
