Connect multiple Google or Microsoft calendars to prevent scheduling conflicts across your work and personal commitments.

For each connected account, Calendr gives you two separate controls:

Check availability

When enabled, busy events from that account block matching times on your booking pages.

For example, you can check availability across:

  • Your work calendar
  • Your personal calendar
  • A shared team calendar

The event details remain private. Visitors only see whether a time is available.

For Google accounts, you can choose specific calendars within the connected account. For Microsoft 365 accounts, all calendars within the enabled account are checked.

Add bookings

When enabled, Calendr adds new booking events to that calendar.

Your default host calendar always receives new bookings. You can also add copies to other connected calendars.

For example, you could:
  • Check availability across your work and personal calendars
  • Add new bookings only to your work calendar

Or:

  • Check availability across three calendars
  • Add each new booking to both your work and shared team calendars

Configure your calendars

  1. Open Profile Settings.
  2. Find Calendar Connections.
  3. Enable Check availability for calendars whose busy events should block booking times.
  4. Enable Add bookings for calendars that should receive new events.
  5. Save your profile settings.

Select Manage Calendar Connections for additional options, including connecting another account, choosing Google sub-calendars, refreshing availability, or changing your default host calendar.

Default and event-specific settings

Your default host calendar is required and always receives the booking event.

The selections in Profile Settings are your defaults. Individual event types can override which calendars receive bookings when they have their own calendar configuration.

If a busy time still appears available

Check that:
  • The calendar connection is active.
  • Check availability is enabled for that account.
  • The relevant Google sub-calendar is selected.
  • The event is marked as Busy, not Free.
  • You have refreshed the calendar’s availability data.
