How Admins Can Update Colleague Profiles

Admins can edit core profile details, role, timezone, and weekly availability for colleagues in their firm, with a few important limits.

Admins can manage colleague profiles from the Colleagues area.

How to edit a colleague profile

  1. Go to Colleagues.
  2. Open the colleague’s profile.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Update the fields you need.
  5. Click Save Changes.

What admins can update

In the colleague edit form, admins can update:

  • Profile picture (avatar)
  • First name / last name
  • Profile handle (public booking URL path)
  • Job title
  • Role (admin/restricted/etc., based on available roles)
  • Time zone
  • Weekly availability (hour grid)
Admins can also view the colleague’s connected calendars.

What admins cannot update from this screen

  • Calendar connections on behalf of the colleague
    Admins cannot connect/disconnect/re-auth calendars for another user from this page.
  • Colleague email address via the UI
    Email is displayed as read-only in the colleague edit form.
  • Calendar forwarding preferences for the colleague
    The colleague profile edit form does not provide those per-user forwarding controls.
  • Users outside their firm
    Admin profile-edit permissions are scoped to users in the same firm.

Good practice

When updating a colleague profile as an admin:
  • Set a clean handle so their public page URL is shareable.
  • Confirm timezone and weekly availability are correct.
  • Ask the colleague to manage their own calendar connections if availability looks wrong.
