Allow Calendr support access
Grant Calendr support time-limited access to your account so we can troubleshoot issues. You choose what we can see, access expires after 24 hours, and you can revoke it at any time.

When you contact Calendr support, we may ask you to grant temporary access to your firm account. This lets us see the parts of your account that you allow, without sharing passwords or giving us permanent access.
Who can grant access
Only firm admins can grant or revoke Calendr support access. If you are a standard or restricted user, ask an admin on your team to do this for you.

How to grant access
- Open Firm Settings from the sidebar.
- Scroll to the Calendr support access section and click Manage support access.
- Select the scopes you are comfortable sharing (see below).
- Optionally add a support ticket reference so we can match access to your request.
- Tick the acknowledgement and click Grant 24-hour support access.
What each scope allows
Choose only what support needs for your issue. We cannot see data outside the scopes you select.
Contact data — people, organisations, and contact cards in your CRM.
Booking contact details — invitee name, email, and phone on bookings.
Form submission content — answers submitted on booking forms.
API tokens and integration credentials — API and connected integration settings.
User management — invites, roles, and archived users.
Support can still see non-personal configuration (such as event types and calendar connection status) to diagnose setup issues, even when contact scopes are off.
How long access lasts
Access lasts up to 24 hours from when you grant it, then expires automatically. Only one active grant can exist at a time.

What support can and cannot do
Support staff view your account in a special read-only mode. They can inspect settings and data within the scopes you chose, but they cannot change bookings, contacts, or other customer data on your behalf.

Every grant and support session is logged for security and audit purposes.
Access history
The support access page shows a history of past grants, including when they were created, when they expired, and whether they were revoked.
