Invite Users: Single Invite and Bulk Invite
Add one teammate at a time or upload a file to invite many at once, with review controls before sending.

- Single Invite: invite one person manually
- Bulk Invite: upload a CSV/Excel file and send multiple invitations together
Who can invite users
Single Invite (one user)
- Go to Invite Team Member.
- Enter:
- First name
- Last name
- Role
- Click Send invitation.
Bulk Invite (many users at once)
- Go to Invite users in bulk.
- Download the template (recommended).
- Prepare your file with required columns:
- first_name
- last_name
- Upload a supported file type:
- .csv
- .xlsx
- .xls
- Click Upload and Review.
- On the review screen:
- Select the role (applies to all selected users)
- Review each row status
- Select which valid users to invite
- Click Send Invitations.
Review statuses you may see in bulk invite
- Ready to invite
- Already a member
- Pending invitation
- Existing user
- Invalid
Only valid rows can be selected for sending.
Tips
- Use the template to avoid format issues.
- Keep emails unique and valid.
- If someone already has a pending invite, you can resend from the colleagues area instead of uploading again.
