Invite Users: Single Invite and Bulk Invite

Add one teammate at a time or upload a file to invite many at once, with review controls before sending.

Use invitations to add new colleagues to your firm account.

You have two options:
  • Single Invite: invite one person manually
  • Bulk Invite: upload a CSV/Excel file and send multiple invitations together

Who can invite users

Only users with admin permissions can access the invite flows.

Single Invite (one user)

Use this when inviting one person quickly.
  1. Go to Invite Team Member.
  2. Enter:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Email
    • Role
  3. Click Send invitation.
After sending, the invitee receives an email invitation to join your firm.

Bulk Invite (many users at once)

Use this when onboarding several teammates.
  1. Go to Invite users in bulk.
  2. Download the template (recommended).
  3. Prepare your file with required columns:
    • first_name
    • last_name
    • email
  4. Upload a supported file type:
    • .csv
    • .xlsx
    • .xls
  5. Click Upload and Review.
  6. On the review screen:
    • Select the role (applies to all selected users)
    • Review each row status
    • Select which valid users to invite
  7. Click Send Invitations.

Review statuses you may see in bulk invite

During review, users can be marked as:
  • Ready to invite
  • Already a member
  • Pending invitation
  • Existing user
  • Invalid

Only valid rows can be selected for sending.

Tips

  • Use the template to avoid format issues.
  • Keep emails unique and valid.
  • If someone already has a pending invite, you can resend from the colleagues area instead of uploading again.
