What Your Public Booking Page Is (and How to Make Event Types Appear)

Your public page is your shareable booking profile. Here’s what controls which event types show up and how to fix missing ones.

Your public booking page is the page clients can visit without logging in to book time with you.

It uses your firm subdomain and your profile handle, for example:

yourfirm.calendr.so/your-handle

On that page, visitors see your Available Event Types and can click through to book.

What appears on the public page

An event type appears only when it matches visibility and assignment rules.

Personal event types

Personal event types appear when they are:
  • Owned by that user
  • Active
  • Public

Team event types

Team event types can appear on a user’s public page (even if created by someone else) when they are:
  • Team-wide
  • Active
  • Public
  • Assigned to that user either:
    • directly (active user assignment), or
    • through a team (active team assignment + active team membership)

How to make sure event types appear

  1. Confirm the user has a valid profile handle in Profile Settings.
  2. Open the event type and check Visibility:
    • Active = on
    • Public = on
  3. For team event types:
    • Ensure the event type is assigned to the right team(s), and/or
    • In Manage Team Member Access, ensure the member assignment is active.
  4. Verify the person is an active member of the assigned team.
  5. Reload the public page and confirm it’s the correct firm subdomain + user handle.

Common reasons an event type is missing

  • Event type is not public
  • Event type is inactive
  • Team assignment exists, but the user is not an active team member
  • User assignment is inactive
  • Wrong subdomain or wrong handle URL
  • Single-use event type was already booked and auto-deactivated

If the page shows “No available event types to book”, it means no event types currently meet the public visibility + assignment rules for that user.
