What appears on the public page
Personal event types
- Owned by that user
- Active
- Public
Team event types
- Team-wide
- Active
- Public
- Assigned to that user either:
- directly (active user assignment), or
- through a team (active team assignment + active team membership)
How to make sure event types appear
- Confirm the user has a valid profile handle in Profile Settings.
- Open the event type and check Visibility:
- Active = on
- Public = on
- For team event types:
- Ensure the event type is assigned to the right team(s), and/or
- In Manage Team Member Access, ensure the member assignment is active.
- Verify the person is an active member of the assigned team.
- Reload the public page and confirm it’s the correct firm subdomain + user handle.
Common reasons an event type is missing
- Event type is not public
- Event type is inactive
- Team assignment exists, but the user is not an active team member
- User assignment is inactive
- Wrong subdomain or wrong handle URL
- Single-use event type was already booked and auto-deactivated
If the page shows “No available event types to book”, it means no event types currently meet the public visibility + assignment rules for that user.
