What Quick Multi-host Booking is
Quick Multi-host Booking is a dashboard shortcut that creates a team-wide multi-host event type for you.
When you use it:
- You pick one or more teammates.
- You choose a meeting duration.
- calendr creates a booking page that includes you + the selected teammates.
- Available times are shown only when the required hosts are available.
This is useful for discovery calls, demos, or handover meetings where multiple people need to join.
How to use it
- Go to Dashboard.
- Find the Quick Multi-host Booking card.
- In Select Team Members, search and add teammates (name/email search).
- Set Duration (minutes).
- Click Create Booking Page.
The button stays disabled until at least one teammate is selected.
What happens next
After you click Create Booking Page:
- calendr creates a new multi-host event type automatically.
- It includes your selected teammates and your own user as hosts.
- You are redirected straight to the new public booking page so you can share it.
Tips
- Pick teammates carefully: this flow requires availability across the selected host set.
- If you need a different duration or host list, create a new quick booking or edit the event type later in Event Types.
