Use a Single-Use Calendar Link
Create a booking link for one specific meeting. After one booking, the link automatically expires.

- A link that can only be booked once
- A quick way to avoid reusing the same booking page for multiple people
- Better control over one-time scheduling
How to create it from the dashboard
- Go to Dashboard.
- In the Create Single-Use Calendar Link card, click Create Single-Use Event Type.
- Complete the event details (name, duration, location, availability, etc.).
- In Visibility Settings, confirm Single Use is enabled.
- Save by clicking Create Event Type.
How to use it
- Open the new event type and copy the booking link.
- Share that link with the person you want to book with.
- Once the first booking is confirmed, the event type is automatically set inactive.
After that first booking, the link is effectively expired for future bookings (visitors will see that it is no longer available).
