How to reschedule an event

Reschedule any booking in seconds from either the confirmation email or the link inside the calendar event, then choose a new available time and send an updated invite automatically.

If your plans change, you can reschedule your booking in two quick ways: from your confirmation email or from the reschedule link inside the calendar event.

Option 1: Reschedule from the confirmation email

  1. Open the booking confirmation email.
  2. Click Reschedule.
  3. Choose a new available date and time.
  4. Confirm the new time.

Option 2: Reschedule from the calendar event

  1. Open the event in your calendar.
  2. In the event details/description, find the booking management links.
  3. Click the Reschedule link.
  4. Pick a new available date and time, then confirm.

What happens next

  • Your booking is updated to the new time.
  • The attendee receives an updated calendar invite.
  • The host sees the updated booking details automatically.

If the reschedule link is not working

  • Use the most recent confirmation email or latest calendar event entry.
  • Make sure you open the full link (including all characters).
  • If needed, ask the host to send a fresh booking confirmation.
